Description

  • Own the full UX lifecycle for assigned projects from concept through launch.
  • Create information architecture, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Design responsive interaction patterns, states, and specifications across devices and breakpoints.
  • Prepare annotated UX documentation and developer handoff materials.
  • Build accessibility guidance into designs, including WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA considerations.
  • Design for regulated content and compliance requirements in partnership with medical and regulatory reviewers.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, then synthesize findings into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, copy, account, and development teams to translate requirements into solutions.
  • Present concepts to clients and stakeholders and facilitate workshops and design discussions.
  • Use AI tools to support research synthesis, ideation, documentation, and prototyping while maintaining quality control.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of UX/product design experience, including end-to-end project leadership.
  • A strong portfolio showing research, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and shipped responsive web or interactive work.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and component or design-system workflows.
  • Deep knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and inclusive design practices.
  • Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals such as typography, color, layout, and hierarchy.
  • Experience planning, running, and synthesizing user research and usability testing.
  • Proficiency with UX/product analytics tools such as GA4 and Hotjar.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including comfort defending design decisions to clients.
  • Comfort integrating AI tools into a modern design workflow.
  • Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical communications is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with regulated review processes such as MLR/PRB and compliant design considerations.
  • Experience designing HCP- and patient-facing digital experiences.
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
