Description

  • Design UX/UI for the TutTam mobile app and web product.
  • Participate in the full feature lifecycle from problem discovery through production launch.
  • Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and turn insights into design decisions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Design new user scenarios and improve existing ones.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, and engineering teams on product solutions.
  • Run usability testing and validate design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain the product design system.
  • Prepare designs for development and support implementation.
  • Contribute to product hypothesis formation and validation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in digital products.
  • Experience designing mobile applications.
  • Experience working on web products.
  • Experience working in product teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design System, and Prototyping.
  • Experience creating and evolving design systems.
  • Understanding of User-Centered Design principles.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, or customer interviews.
  • Understanding of product metrics and design impact on Activation, Conversion, and Retention.
  • Ability to justify design decisions using data and research findings.
  • Experience working with developers and overseeing design implementation quality.
  • Preferred: experience in FoodTech, eCommerce, marketplaces, or HoReCa.
  • Preferred: experience designing two-sided marketplace platforms.
  • Preferred: experience with complex user scenarios.
  • Preferred: experience running A/B tests with product teams.
  • Preferred: basic understanding of HTML/CSS and modern web technologies.
  • Preferred: experience with startups or fast-growing products.
  • Preferred: skills in micro-animations or motion design.
  • Preferred: a strong portfolio of shipped products.
