Description

  • Design and architect AI workflows and pipelines for production client and enterprise use cases.
  • Build and deploy production-ready AI-powered applications within the Azure ecosystem.
  • Develop backend services and frontend interfaces for full-stack solutions.
  • Lead technical decisions on architecture, patterns, conventions, and module boundaries.
  • Evaluate and implement GenAI approaches such as RAG, agentic systems, and multi-model orchestration.
  • Define and communicate solution options, trade-offs, and recommendations in client discussions.
  • Contribute technical input to presales activities and requirements gathering.
  • Coach and mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and career development.
  • Run knowledge-sharing sessions and help maintain practice standards, onboarding, and team rituals.
  • Collaborate across Data, AI, and Software teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

  • Professional experience applying AI in real-world, production use cases.
  • Experience designing AI workflows and pipelines in client or enterprise environments.
  • Advanced prompt engineering skills and experience implementing LLM evaluations.
  • Ability to design end-to-end AI architectures on cloud platforms, with Azure preferred.
  • Strong backend development experience with .NET or Python.
  • Strong frontend development experience with React or Angular.
  • Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform or Bicep.
  • Deep understanding of OOP principles, SOLID, and design patterns.
  • Experience with CI/CD, deployments, testing frameworks, and automated testing.
  • Ability to understand core AI model training concepts such as train/validation/test splits and bias-variance tradeoff.
  • Preferred experience leading technical architecture decisions and coaching others on engineering standards.
