Description

  • Implement, evolve, and optimize production-deployed voice agents with Generative AI.
  • Develop and maintain voice assistant architectures integrating ASR, TTS, and streaming processing.
  • Orchestrate LLM-based agents, including context management, tool/function calling, and fallback mechanisms.
  • Integrate RAG and grounding solutions with internal sources and external systems via REST APIs.
  • Ensure backend quality, stability, and scalability through strong development and testing practices.
  • Analyze metrics and logs to continuously improve performance and user experience.
  • Support and debug production incidents when needed.

Requirements

  • Senior-level demonstrable experience implementing and operating voice assistants in production.
  • Practical knowledge of ASR and TTS, preferably in streaming processing architectures.
  • Experience developing LLM-based agents, including orchestration, context management, and tool/function calling.
  • Strong backend skills in Python, with solid coding quality, testing, and version control practices.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and managing authentication and secrets.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with RAG architectures and grounding techniques in enterprise environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of advanced observability, including metrics, distributed tracing, and alerts, is preferred.
  • Experience supporting and debugging production incidents is preferred.
  • Cloud certifications such as AWS or others are preferred.
