Description

  • Answer and track incoming calls through company telephony systems.
  • Review, analyze, and document sensitive information while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systems.
  • Train and onboard new Customer Service Representatives.
  • Conduct database and open-source research to support casework and investigations.
  • Route and escalate calls appropriately to the correct teams or supervisors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support client operations and team needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Associate’s Degree.
  • Proven ability to multitask while simultaneously communicating and inputting data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with telephony systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience handling sensitive information (IND123 referenced).
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Remote role but candidate must reside within Tucson, AZ or nearby cities.
