Description

  • Manage high-value individual requests from DeleteMe customers.
  • Perform audits of VIP customer information.
  • Investigate websites and document site details and removal methods accurately.
  • Maintain detailed activity logs that track progress and outcomes.
  • Provide regular feedback to Custom Advisor team leads and managers on problem sites and internal tooling improvements.
  • Assist with ad hoc data removal requests as needed.
  • Create step-by-step DIY guides when customer interaction is necessary.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations or customer service.
  • 3+ years of experience in incident management or rapid-response customer service.
  • Experience working in a high-growth company or fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and improving operational processes.
  • History of delivering large, impactful projects.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • Proficiency with G Suite, Slack, and Jira.
