Description

  • Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Quora, Reddit, and other social platforms.
  • Develop and refine audience targeting strategies using first-party data and platform signals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and creative to improve ROAS.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, analytics, and engineering teams on tracking, event implementation, and measurement.
  • Manage creative requests and coordinate with design teams to produce ad assets that meet platform requirements.
  • Analyze campaign performance using ad platforms, Google Analytics, and reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
  • Prepare performance summaries and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to scale strong campaigns and improve underperforming segments through testing and optimization.
  • Stay current on platform updates, new ad formats, automation features, and paid social trends.
  • Contribute to paid media growth by testing new channels, audiences, and creative approaches.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience building and managing paid social campaigns, especially in Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience managing meaningful monthly budgets, ideally $50K–$100K+ per month.
  • Strong knowledge of paid social campaign structure and optimization levers, including bidding, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable optimizations.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with additional paid social channels such as TikTok, Quora, or Reddit is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, BI, engineering, and product stakeholders.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours on a Philippines night-shift schedule.
  • Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and backup power or connectivity.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the Philippines, as visa sponsorship is not provided.
  • Pre-employment screening is required.
