Description

  • Independently manage paid social campaigns by optimizing ad placements, targeting, creative, and budgets to meet client goals.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for campaign updates, performance discussions, targeting changes, and creative testing.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve critical performance issues, ad disapprovals, and client concerns with a clear action plan.
  • Manage 8-10 accounts at full bandwidth or approximately $40,000 in monthly recurring revenue.
  • Set up and manage campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads in line with platform best practices.
  • Analyze campaign results, support attribution reporting, and provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
  • Develop and test creative strategies, conduct A/B testing, and refine audience segmentation to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Align paid social strategy with each client’s business model, revenue goals, and engagement objectives.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal training on campaign execution best practices.
  • Execute operational workflows that improve campaign efficiency and overall performance.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of client management experience, primarily with SMBs.
  • Strong understanding of social ad targeting, budget management, and ad creative strategies.
  • Proficiency in Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
  • Ability to independently manage client interactions related to paid social campaign updates.
  • Expertise in optimizing ad performance through testing, data analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Confidence communicating performance metrics and answering client questions with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of how different business models affect paid social strategy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle mid-tier escalations independently.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in paid social platforms and industry trends.
