Description

  • Build and execute full-funnel Google Ads strategies focused on lead generation and conversion efficiency.
  • Manage high-budget paid search campaigns with monthly spend exceeding $80K.
  • Launch, optimize, and scale Search, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Continuously improve campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor performance against CPL, CPA, MQL, SQL, and ROAS goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and audience mapping.
  • Develop and test ad copy, extensions, and creative variations to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution across campaigns.
  • Build reports and communicate campaign performance to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to align execution with business goals.
  • Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, automation features, and beta opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
  • Proven experience managing paid search budgets of $80K+ per month.
  • Strong background in lead generation campaigns and conversion-focused optimization.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads Search, Performance Max, remarketing, and smart bidding strategies.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, and reporting/analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous agency experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with high-growth brands or performance marketing teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with advanced attribution models and automation workflows is preferred.
  • Experience testing landing pages and conversion funnels is preferred.
  • Candidates must reside in LATAM countries and submit resumes in English.
