Description

  • Oversee daily IT support activities, including ticket management and strategic projects, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between APAC IT teams and U.S. teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Configure networks, manage Google Workspace, and provide end-user support.
  • Improve onboarding and offboarding procedures so employees are productive from day one.
  • Champion security improvements by securing hardware and systems and providing hands-on support to users and the team.
  • Manage vendor relationships to maximize value and operational impact.
  • Handle hardware procurement logistics, shipping and receiving, and repairs and upgrades for APAC staff.
  • Align IT operations and support with broader business goals across the organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an IT Team Leader or Manager.
  • 4+ years of IT experience across end-user support, security, networks, remote environments, and access management.
  • 1+ year of managerial or project leadership experience.
  • Experience in a SaaS-centric environment using Office 365 or Google Workspace, Slack, MDMs, and other cloud management tools to support 400+ team members.
  • Background supporting both Mac and Windows environments for end users.
  • Previous IT logistics experience in the Philippines or within the APAC region is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cloud+, or Security+ are preferred.
  • Information Security experience, including certifications like CISM or CISSP, is preferred.
  • Must have a working laptop or PC, internet, and a backup connection.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the Philippines and maintain that authorization throughout employment.
