Description

  • Collaborate across teams to resolve complex technical customer problems across the product suite.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced customer issues in partnership with software engineering teams.
  • Support customers with installation, configuration, and data exploration requests.
  • Advocate for customers by sharing feedback on feature requests and bugs with the Product organization.
  • Provide empathetic, high-quality customer support and end-user assistance through email, phone, and social media.
  • Continue building product knowledge through training and exposure to additional features and capabilities.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot infrastructure, web, cloud, and system-related issues as they arise.

Requirements

  • Experience providing end-user software support via email, phone, and social media.
  • Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and/or monitoring servers in an enterprise environment.
  • Working knowledge of Linux-based web hosting and Linux environments, including services, permissions, and file manipulation.
  • Knowledge of AWS and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with web technologies and cloud infrastructures, including Windows or Linux web servers, OS distributions, network and systems troubleshooting tools, web development platforms, and cloud hosting services such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of container management software such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
  • Understanding of automation/configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or equivalent.
  • Additional background in front-end web development, JavaScript, and WebDriver is a plus.
  • Experience with other IaaS platforms such as Azure or GCP is preferred.
  • AWS, GCP, Azure Cloud Certified, or CKA certified is preferred.
  • Experience in network, system, or database administration is preferred.
  • Experience in a DevOps environment, software engineering role, or technical support role is preferred.
  • Experience with New Relic products is preferred.
  • Comfort analyzing and interpreting system/application logs is preferred.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
