Description

  • Oversee daily IT activities, including ticket management and strategic projects, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead communication and collaboration between APAC IT teams and U.S. counterparts to streamline processes.
  • Configure networks, manage Google Workspace, and provide end-user support.
  • Refine onboarding and offboarding procedures to help employees become productive quickly.
  • Champion security improvements and help secure hardware and systems.
  • Provide daily hands-on support to users and the IT team to meet business goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships to maximize value and operational impact.
  • Handle hardware procurement, shipping and receiving, and repairs or upgrades for APAC staff.
  • Align IT initiatives with broader business goals and support cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an IT Team Leader or Manager.
  • 4+ years of IT experience across end-user support, security, networks, remote environments, and access management.
  • 1+ year of managerial or project leadership experience.
  • Experience in a SaaS-centric environment using Office 365 or Google Workspace, Slack, MDMs, and other cloud management tools supporting 400+ team members.
  • Experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments for end users.
  • Previous IT logistics experience in the Philippines or the APAC region is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cloud+, or Security+ are preferred.
  • Information Security experience, including certifications such as CISM or CISSP, is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must have a working laptop or PC, internet access, and a backup connection.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the Philippines and maintain work authorization throughout employment.
