Description

  • Execute full migrations to Azure.
  • Implement and administer Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
  • Configure Azure networking components such as VNets, firewalls, and routing.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 environments including Entra ID, Domain Services, and Intune.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues from root cause.
  • Apply security best practices including backups and disaster recovery planning.
  • Interact directly with clients in English.
  • Work across multiple client environments in a fast-paced MSP setting.

Requirements

  • Degree in systems engineering or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience executing technical projects in MSP environments.
  • Experience working directly with clients and leading cloud implementations.
  • Obligatory experience in MSP environments.
  • Experience supporting multiple SMB and mid-market clients.
  • Practical knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong networking fundamentals.
  • Fluent English for client communication, with B2+ / C1 level proficiency.
  • High autonomy, responsibility, and anticipation.
  • Experience in hybrid environments with Azure and on-premises systems is preferred.
  • L2 / L3 support background is valued.
  • Experience in fast-growing MSPs is valued.
  • Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-305, or currently in progress, are valued.

Benefits

  • Fixed work schedule in EST, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Salary of $2,500 to $4,000 per month.
