Description

  • Take ownership of customer issues and drive them through to resolution.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer-reported problems.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Continuously improve technical and non-technical knowledge and skills.
  • Deliver support through the live chat system as part of the Support team.

Requirements

  • Fluent English with excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with online customer service experience.
  • Experience with Linux, NGINX, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP, DNS, CDN, and caching is a plus.
  • Understanding of WordPress fundamentals, including database structure, file/directory structure, wp-config.php directives, and common WordPress topics is preferred.
  • Experience with WP-CLI is preferable.
  • Comfort navigating a command line environment, including file management and reading server logs, is beneficial.
  • Attention to detail with command line syntax is important.
  • Familiarity with Cloudflare, Buildpacks, Dockerfiles, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, npm, or Composer is beneficial.
