Description

  • Own the end-to-end Salesforce intake process across all business teams, including Revenue, Marketing, Partnerships, Support, Finance, Product, and Operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce requests, enhancements, and ideas.
  • Reframe solution-led or poorly defined requests into clear, problem-oriented demand.
  • Assess intake complexity and dependencies with the Salesforce Platform Lead to support prioritisation and sequencing.
  • Translate validated business problems into structured Salesforce requirements ready for delivery.
  • Produce and maintain business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, journey maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, assumptions, risks, and edge cases.
  • Work with the Product Owner to ensure requirements are appropriately scoped and aligned to delivery capacity.
  • Act as the main Salesforce requirements interface for stakeholders and manage expectations on scope, trade-offs, and sequencing.
  • Support planning, UAT, and business validation through delivery and confirm outcomes meet the original intent.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Confluence and Jira and continuously improve the intake and analysis operating model.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst working on Salesforce platforms.
  • Experience operating in a lean Product and RevOps environment.
  • Experience working closely with platform leads, product owners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and CRM processes.
  • Revenue Operations or Systems experience is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-framing and analytical skills.
  • Clear, structured written communication skills.
  • Confidence to challenge stakeholders constructively.
  • Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation mindset.
