Description

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and lifecycle for the AI answering service platform.
  • Define near-term delivery priorities and the longer-term AI roadmap across the product portfolio.
  • Translate business goals and clinical workflows into a prioritized product roadmap and make clear tradeoff decisions.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to align roadmap sequencing with technical capacity, architecture, and infrastructure needs.
  • Lead customer discovery through interviews, site visits, and workflow observation with clinical and administrative users.
  • Synthesize feedback from customers, market stakeholders, and internal teams into actionable product insights.
  • Use AI tools to create prototypes and wireframes, run concept tests, and assess technical feasibility.
  • Design and execute product experiments such as A/B tests, pilot programs, and shadow deployments.
  • Define success metrics and acceptance criteria for features, including AI-specific performance measures.
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders to align product delivery and go-to-market plans.
  • Own product accountability for outsourced development partners and review deliverables against acceptance criteria.
  • Establish product management practices and help build and mentor the future product and design team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years owning AI, NLP, or conversational AI products in production.
  • Experience leading customer discovery in complex B2B environments, with clinical or operational user research preferred.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7 v2, FHIR, and API integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and related product design considerations such as data minimization, audit trails, access controls, and PHI handling.
  • Technical fluency to evaluate AI capabilities, write functional specifications, and prototype concepts using no-code or AI-assisted tools.
  • Track record of shipping AI features at scale and iterating based on production data and user feedback.
  • Strong written communication skills for PRDs, executive summaries, and customer-facing feature descriptions.
  • Experience working with outsourced development partners and managing delivery quality.
  • Experience with healthcare contact center operations, patient access workflows, or clinical communication platforms preferred.
  • Hands-on familiarity with conversational AI platforms, voice agent frameworks, or telephony product design preferred.
  • Exposure to LLM evaluation practices, prompt engineering workflows, or AI product safety frameworks preferred.
  • Ability to prototype with tools such as Figma, Claude, Replit, or similar AI-assisted development environments preferred.
