Description

  • Own the Catalog/Listings product and define its long-term vision for Rithum's eCommerce platform.
  • Synthesize client interviews, support tickets, and survey feedback into themes and prioritization inputs using AI tools.
  • Define, write, and maintain AI evaluation datasets and rubrics to measure model performance.
  • Own roadmap prioritization, making independent decisions on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs.
  • Prototype and validate product concepts and workflows using AI tools before engineering investment.
  • Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch, including PRDs, prioritization, client discussions, testing, QA, and change management.
  • Use AI to accelerate product documentation such as PRDs, one-pagers, and release notes while maintaining clarity and quality.
  • Track development progress, report status to stakeholders, and support product release cycles.
  • Champion client needs by triaging incoming requests and building trusted relationships.
  • Influence designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and strong validation and QA standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with a complex enterprise eCommerce product.
  • Experience building products that support catalog onboarding, feed submission, validation feedback, and error resolution.
  • Experience defining and tracking catalog health metrics such as attribute completeness, image quality scores, and indexing latency.
  • Experience as a Product Manager on AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data and insights platforms.
  • Hands-on experience writing evaluations for AI/ML systems such as RAG systems, agents, or LLMs.
  • Strong experience with the full product development lifecycle, including goal setting, measurement, and business impact analysis.
  • Experience driving strategy and execution for complex integrated software ecosystems, especially multi-platform unification.
  • Experience using AI tools to synthesize qualitative research into themes, opportunity areas, and prioritization inputs.
  • Experience prototyping product concepts or workflows with AI tools such as wireframe descriptions, user flows, or low-fidelity mockups.
  • Proven use of AI to accelerate documentation workflows while maintaining strong editorial judgment.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted tools for data exploration and analysis to support evidence-based decisions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience preferred.
  • Expertise in product discovery and search, including search relevance, indexing strategies, faceted navigation, and ranking models preferred.
  • PM experience at a top tech company or fast-growing startup, preferably in eCommerce, preferred.
  • Experience working on a global product management team preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $130,000 to $195,000 per year.
  • Discretionary bonus of 10% of annual base salary for non-sales roles.
