Description

  • Own the roadmap and execution for one or more CAD workflows, including call intake, unit recommendations, dispatch operations, incident management, and situational awareness.
  • Partner closely with engineering to deliver reliable, responsive, and scalable web-based experiences for dispatchers and field personnel.
  • Work directly with customers and operational stakeholders to identify pain points and translate them into product improvements.
  • Define product requirements and strategy for AI-driven capabilities that support triage, recommendations, information retrieval, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with teams building real-time video streaming and multimedia capabilities for active incidents.
  • Use product analytics and operational data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and prioritize investments.
  • Collaborate with sales, implementation, and go-to-market teams to support launches and customer adoption.
  • Prioritize and refine the product backlog using customer feedback, operational insights, analytics, and business goals.
  • Balance new feature development with performance, resiliency, scalability, and usability improvements in mission-critical environments.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience building and shipping software products, ideally in enterprise SaaS, real-time platforms, or operationally complex environments.
  • Proven ability to own and deliver product areas end-to-end with a strong focus on execution.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in a collaborative, one-team environment.
  • Comfort partnering cross-functionally with sales, implementation, support, and customer stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building workflow-heavy, real-time, or operational products; public safety experience is a plus.
  • Experience or strong interest in AI, machine learning, or decision-support systems applied responsibly in operational environments.
  • Familiarity with video streaming, multimedia workflows, computer vision, or other real-time data sources is a plus.
  • Experience using analytics, experimentation, and operational metrics to guide product decisions and measure impact.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the country where the role is hired; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Must be able to work from an approved location, including Canada, the UK, or one of Mark43’s approved U.S. states for remote roles.
