Description

  • Develop and manage community strategies for key Team17 products.
  • Plan and manage content schedules across owned channels.
  • Manage social media, forums, Discord communities, and player communications.
  • Collect, analyze, and present community feedback and sentiment to internal teams and external developers.
  • Coordinate community-led projects with development, marketing, sales, and external partners.
  • Organize and host livestreams aligned with campaign plans.
  • Represent Team17 and act as an ambassador for its titles across online communities and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple communities across a diverse range of games and genres.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Team17 games and their audiences.
  • Passion for video games and expert knowledge of the current games industry.
  • Previous experience as a Community Manager developing meaningful campaign strategies.
  • Experience producing and presenting livestreams.
  • Ability to track, measure, and report on community sentiment and campaign performance.
  • Experience creating engaging social media content.
  • Working knowledge of photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
  • Experience building and managing communities on Discord.
  • Ability to communicate clearly across multiple social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of creating content for TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube, including adapting to trends.
