Description

Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of 100–150+ high-net-worth individual prospects with an annual revenue goal.
Design and implement individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies for portfolio members.
Serve as the primary relationship manager for major individual donors and deliver a high-touch donor experience.
Identify and qualify new prospects through donor pipelines, events, board networks, wealth screening, and peer referrals.
Partner with TR leadership to shape and execute strategy for the major and principal gift program.
Build internal processes and infrastructure to manage top donors and scale the major gifts portfolio.
Collaborate with development, communications, finance, operations, and board members to maximize donor engagement.
Independently create proposals, presentations, and gift agreements for five- to seven-figure solicitations.
Support stewardship activities such as impact reports, site visits, and donor recognition.
Represent Team Rubicon at external events, conferences, and donor convenings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5–8 years of proven success in major gift fundraising for a nonprofit organization.
Experience managing donor pipelines, wealth screening, cultivation strategies, solicitation, and closing gifts.
Experience with CRM systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/365, Dynamics, iWave, or similar tools.
Ability to work full-time in a remote role anywhere in the United States.
Ability to travel at least 30% nationwide for donor meetings, stewardship, disaster response operations, and trainings.
Ability to participate in Advancement team events and offsites, occasionally on weekends or evenings.
Experience securing gifts ranging from $50,000 to $1M+ is strongly preferred.
Experience working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.

Salary range of $90,631.16 to $135,174.32 per year.
