Description

  • Manage the daily and weekly performance of a team of four closers through call scoring, coaching sessions, and pipeline reviews.
  • Personally close inbound high-ticket leads for the $40K coaching program while the team grows.
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards, rep scorecards, and accountability processes in Go High Level (GHL).
  • Create or refine sales scripts, objection handling, and follow-up sequences across high-ticket and mid-ticket offers.
  • Identify operational gaps in the current sales structure and recommend solutions.
  • Bridge sales and marketing by providing structured feedback on lead quality, ad performance, and webinar friction.
  • Help professionalize the sales floor and improve close rates as the team scales.
  • Support the transition from a lean player-coach structure into full-time sales management as headcount grows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing high-ticket sales teams, including appointment setters and closers.
  • Proven track record of closing $20K+ offers over the phone.
  • Strong background in coaching, consulting, online education, or information products.
  • Experience managing teams selling multiple price points or product tiers simultaneously.
  • CRM fluency, with Go High Level (GHL) experience as a strong plus.
  • Ability to drive performance while maintaining strong team culture and morale.
  • Comfort operating as a player-coach and selling alongside the team.
  • Resilient character and willingness to work in a high-standards, no-overpromising sales environment.
  • Open to relocation in 6–12 months, which will be an advantage in the process.

Benefits

  • Base compensation of $100K with on-target earnings of $200K and stretch earnings of $300K.
  • Variable compensation is tracked monthly and paid quarterly.
