Description

  • Lead value discovery sessions with prospects and customers to uncover labor cost, compliance, and operational pain points.
  • Build ROI models and executive business cases that quantify savings and risk reduction tied to TCP products.
  • Present business cases to finance, operations, and HR leaders and translate data into persuasive executive narratives.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Consultants on strategy for complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
  • Equip sellers with value tools, templates, and talk tracks to support the sales cycle.
  • Benchmark prospect metrics against industry standards to frame business impact and opportunity size.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance to refine value messaging and capture customer outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a library of value models, case studies, and benchmarks.
  • Coach sellers on value-based selling methods so the practice scales across the enterprise segment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in value engineering, pre-sales consulting, management consulting, or enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Proven experience building ROI models and executive-level business cases.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and value-selling frameworks.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences.
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, persuasive narratives tied to financial outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills across sales, product, marketing, and finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work remotely from a US-based location with reliable connectivity and a professional workspace.
  • Bonus experience in workforce management, HCM, or related enterprise software.
  • Bonus familiarity with value-selling methods such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message.
  • Bonus experience selling into compliance-driven environments such as healthcare, public sector, or manufacturing.
  • Bonus background supporting frontline or hourly workforce operations.
  • Ability to travel 25-35% for customer meetings, team on-sites, and select industry events.
