Description

  • Generate opportunities and position the Tanium platform within an assigned federal territory and/or accounts.
  • Articulate the value of the Tanium platform to major Federal Systems Integrators and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Build and nurture relationships within the assigned territory and present to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Partner with Marketing and Partner teams to support prospecting and sales efforts.
  • Generate sales development activity to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Accurately forecast sales and maintain strong SFDC hygiene.
  • Conduct webinars and in-person presentations to generate qualified leads.
  • Travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Current, proven success selling to major Federal Systems Integrators.
  • Must be based in the DC Metro area.
  • Significant enterprise software sales experience with large, complex software transactions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience presenting to C-suite level contacts.
  • Experience leveraging a network of partners, distributors, and VARs to drive growth.
  • Ability to evangelize and build new business opportunities within an assigned territory and/or accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong team mentality and ability to manage virtual resources across complex sales cycles.
