Description

  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline from initial outreach through close.
  • Research, identify, and generate new opportunities on a weekly basis.
  • Sell Tanium’s solutions using a consultative approach based on customer challenges.
  • Maintain a high volume of outbound activity, including calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Develop, grow, and maintain relationships across a dedicated book of Emerging Enterprise accounts.
  • Learn and apply Tanium’s value-selling sales strategy.
  • Build knowledge of the competitive landscape and current market trends.
  • Work closely with partners, Sales Engineers, and field sales teams to drive customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate across the business to support customers in security and IT needs.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in full-cycle sales campaigns with a track record of hitting quota.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the business and serve as a trusted resource.
  • Eagerness to learn, improve continuously, and receive feedback.
  • Competitive mindset with a drive to exceed goals.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Detail-oriented and flexible approach to work.
  • Passion for working on a team that helps customers solve security and IT challenges.
