Description

  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline from initial prospecting through close.
  • Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities on a weekly basis.
  • Sell Tanium solutions using a consultative approach based on customer challenges.
  • Maintain a high volume of outbound activity, including calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Develop, grow, and maintain relationships across a dedicated account book of Emerging Enterprise accounts.
  • Learn and apply Tanium’s value-selling sales strategy.
  • Build a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Work closely with partners, Sales Engineers, and field sales teams to drive customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in full-cycle sales campaigns with a history of hitting quota.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and become a trusted resource across the business.
  • Eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Competitive mindset with a drive to exceed goals.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Detail-oriented and flexible.
  • Passion for helping customers solve critical Security and IT challenges.
  • Experience working in a team-focused environment is preferred.
