Description

  • Serve as the primary product contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of health system clients.
  • Lead discovery sessions through interviews, workflow mapping, shadowing, and document analysis.
  • Translate clinical and administrative workflows into structured product and configuration requirements.
  • Review statements of work for scope, feasibility, and design alignment before customer signature.
  • Own the quality and completeness of design and specification documents handed off to engineering.
  • Define business success metrics with clients and ensure those metrics can be measured post-launch.
  • Manage end-to-end pilot and deployment timelines, stakeholder communication, change management, and go-live readiness.
  • Generate test criteria, conduct manual validation, and drive customer UAT to completion.
  • Monitor deployed solutions post-launch, evaluate performance, and resolve issues using observability tools.
  • Surface reusable patterns and product gaps from field deployments to inform the core roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology with exposure to patient access, care management, or revenue cycle operations.
  • Experience in a client-facing delivery role such as implementation, technical project management, solution consulting, or customer success.
  • Ability to map complex workflows into structured requirements and prioritized problem statements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to VP- and C-suite-level stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to undefined problems.
  • Experience with agentic workflows and strong interest in AI and automation in healthcare.
  • Willingness to travel 25–35% to client sites.
  • Experience at an EHR software vendor in a project manager, implementation consultant, technical services, or similar role preferred.
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth technology company in a PM, solutions engineering, or FDE-adjacent role preferred.
  • Familiarity with contact center technologies such as CCaaS, IVR, conversational AI, NLP, or platforms like Genesys, NICE, Five9, or Nuance preferred.
  • Understanding of HL7 FHIR, APIs, EHR integrations, or healthcare interoperability standards preferred.
  • Experience building roadmaps, writing PRDs, or working in Agile/scrum delivery processes preferred.
  • Background in healthcare administration, clinical informatics, health IT, nursing, or a related field preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $210,000 to $250,000.
  • Eligibility for equity and short-term incentives such as bonus or commission, depending on level and role.
