Description

  • Define Gift Cart strategy and a 12–24-month roadmap with clear priorities.
  • Engage customers and Customer Success Managers, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Write detailed, engineering-ready product specifications covering requirements and edge cases.
  • Lead features from discovery through launch in collaboration with design and engineering.
  • Monitor conversion, average gift size, error rates, reliability, and other product health metrics.
  • Prepare Customer Success and Sales teams for launches.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and plan changes.
  • Safeguard payment and ledger correctness, risk posture, and operational reliability.

Requirements

  • Experience owning a product area end-to-end and accountability for outcomes.
  • Ability to develop and explain a 12–24-month product strategy and roadmap.
  • Strong data-driven approach, including funnel analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ability to write clear specifications engineers can build from, including edge cases.
  • Systems-thinking skills and the ability to anticipate dependencies and downstream impacts.
  • Strong UX judgment and ability to advocate for high-quality user experiences.
  • Experience collaborating across design, engineering, analytics, and business teams.
  • Meaningful experience using AI in day-to-day work and understanding where it adds value.
  • English fluency at C1 level; Russian-speaking team environment.
  • Experience with e-commerce or multi-step checkout flows, payment or financial products, or nonprofit fundraising is preferred.
