Description

  • Identify and prioritize inbound product users and target accounts for outbound campaigns.
  • Generate outbound leads and new opportunities via email, phone, LinkedIn, and new channels to reach ideal healthcare customers.
  • Book meetings weekly with qualified prospects and manage follow-up to progress opportunities.
  • Experiment with messaging and channel tactics to determine what resonates with healthcare decision-makers across Canada and the US.
  • Re-engage inactive or cold leads through thoughtful, well-timed outreach.
  • Qualify leads based on role, workflow, and EMR fit to ensure alignment with Tali’s offering.
  • Capture and share field insights to refine ICP, positioning, product, marketing, and GTM strategies.
  • Help scale the outbound process, including campaign structure, CRM hygiene, and building a repeatable, data-informed pipeline.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to test messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience and success in outbound sales or business development, preferably in a quota-driven role.
  • Strong ability to identify and engage decision-makers at healthcare organizations.
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows and EMR systems or the ability to assess EMR fit during qualification.
  • Track record of experimenting with and launching new outreach tactics and messaging.
  • Ability to research and learn new markets (Canada and US) and translate insights into outreach strategy.
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining CRM hygiene.
  • Collaborative communication skills to work with sales, marketing, and product teams and contribute field insights.
  • Comfort working in an early-stage startup environment and owning iterative processes (testing, measurement, and scaling).

  • Base salary range $50,000–$60,000 per year (annual base; total compensation may vary).
