Description

  • Oversee growth operations processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across the business development lifecycle.
  • Serve as B&P and Growth Budget Administrator by helping develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and track financial alignment.
  • Provide accurate financial tracking and reporting as required.
  • Develop and manage annual conference and events schedules, including participation planning and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate and schedule Business Development Stage and Gate review meetings, including calendar management and stakeholder alignment.
  • Support the preparation of corporate capabilities documents, business development briefings, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain corporate memberships, including organizations such as AFCEA, AFA, and NDIA, in support of growth objectives.
  • Serve as the SharePoint file administrator, maintaining document organization, access, and version control.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 5–7 years of experience is required, including 5+ years in a business development environment.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage complex processes and schedules.
  • Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a strong mission focus.
  • Experience with or familiarity with the structure of the DoD/Federal Government and government contracting is preferred.
  • Prior experience in business development or administrative support is preferred.
