Description

  • Accurately record daily and monthly meter reads for all submetered properties by predetermined deadlines.
  • Perform quality checks on first-month billing properties to verify the accuracy of initial read uploads.
  • Coordinate setup, transfer, meter configurations, testing, and documentation for new and transferred submetered properties.
  • Complete daily research requests from utility billing specialists, utility management specialists, and implementation team members.
  • Hold weekly calls with the submetering partner, Vitality, to support meter maintenance and installations.
  • Address completed maintenance and installation work to make any necessary billing adjustments.
  • Monitor and manage compatibility between submeter systems and Entrata's platform.
  • Work with the implementation team to identify issues early, including incompatible systems and poor meter health.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new meter processes and best practices.
  • Coordinate with Utility Service Managers to identify and fulfill client submetering needs.
  • Support team members as needed to help them complete their job duties.
  • Maintain accountability for departmental metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience in advanced analytics and reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, especially Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with or without supervision.
  • Ability to deliver quality results under strict deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software updates.
  • Experience with utility billing software, preferably Entrata (preferred).
  • Familiarity with submetering regulations and industry standards (preferred).
  • Certification in utility billing or a related field (preferred).
  • Project management skills for overseeing submeter installations and maintenance (preferred).
