Description

  • Drive B2B growth by promoting and selling the company’s platform solutions to online gaming operators.
  • Identify operators launching new brands or upgrading existing infrastructure and tailor outreach accordingly.
  • Present platform capabilities and commercial value to prospective clients.
  • Lead the full commercial process through negotiation and contract signing.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline and structured sales processes.
  • Coordinate, mentor, and develop a team of sales managers.
  • Support strong commercial performance across the sales team and own business development targets.
  • Participate in major industry events and exhibitions such as ICE, SiGMA, SBC, and other conferences to generate leads and strengthen relationships.
  • Build strategic platform partnerships and expand the company’s operator network.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in iGaming or related technology sectors.
  • Strong experience selling iGaming platform solutions such as casino platforms, sportsbook platforms, or similar infrastructure products.
  • Clear understanding of online gaming platform operations, including integrations, game aggregation, payments, and operator workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and product presentation to negotiation and closing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with operators and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Russian and English at B2+ level; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • High initiative, energy, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Leadership potential, including the ability to mentor colleagues, coordinate sales activities, and grow into a team management role.
  • Informal leadership experience such as mentoring colleagues, leading projects, or coordinating sales initiatives is preferred.
  • Existing network within the iGaming ecosystem is a plus.
  • Experience selling complex B2B technology products or platform infrastructure is preferred.
