Description

  • Own revenue generation for a territory and manage the full sales pipeline from lead qualification through close.
  • Sell in person to independent restaurants and conduct product web demos for a range of audiences.
  • Build and maintain a book of business from partner and inbound leads.
  • Develop outbound prospecting and referral strategies to create new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to apply ChowNow’s value-selling methodology.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects and customers to support long-term growth and referrals.
  • Use Salesforce reports and dashboards to track pipeline health and performance against KPIs.
  • Audit the sales pipeline with management and apply coaching and data-driven insights to improve conversion rates.
  • Share best practices and contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Hit and exceed quota targets within established timeframes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales with a track record of consistent overachievement.
  • Experience selling in a fast-paced, full-cycle outside sales environment.
  • Ability to travel 45% within the market and have a reliable means of transportation.
  • Strong curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and generate referrals as part of a book of business.
  • Market awareness, including knowledge of competitors and current trends.
  • Coachability and willingness to learn sales process, technology, and buyer decision-making.
  • Comfort working in a competitive environment with frequent change and a strong feedback culture.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with managers and peers.
