Description

  • Drive revenue by selling iGaming platform solutions to online casino and sportsbook operators.
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with operators and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Present platform capabilities and tailor commercial offers to prospective clients.
  • Generate leads, activate new prospects, and re-engage existing contacts.
  • Maintain consistent client communication through meetings and digital channels.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track opportunities and performance in CRM systems.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and sales presentations.
  • Participate in major iGaming conferences and exhibitions to network and develop new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine the sales process and improve the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling B2B solutions within the iGaming industry to online casino or sportsbook operators.
  • Hands-on experience selling platform-based products such as turnkey casino platforms, game aggregation systems, sportsbook platforms or similar technology solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem, including operators, providers, aggregators and key market dynamics.
  • Experience attending major international conferences and exhibitions such as ICE, SiGMA, SBC or similar events.
  • Ability to network with operators, generate leads, present solutions and develop new business opportunities at industry events.
  • Proficiency in Russian and English at B2+ level; additional languages are a strong plus.
  • Confident use of CRM systems, sales pipeline management tools, and basic business software such as Excel, Word and presentation tools.
  • Ability to track opportunities, manage client data, and prepare commercial proposals and presentations.
  • Willingness to travel for international business trips and industry events.
  • EU passport, visa, or residency is considered an advantage.
