Description

  • Build and develop relationships with aggregators and persuade senior partners, including C-level contacts.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and new partners across assigned markets and regions.
  • Ensure full product and feature coverage across assigned partners and that the product is available on time and in full.
  • Acquire direct contacts with operators and build a strong network with senior partners through calls, meetings, events, and office visits.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and professional events across the world throughout the year.
  • Implement innovative ideas and projects that support growth and expansion.
  • Analyze commercial performance and data insights to identify improvement areas and drive performance.
  • Collaborate closely with AM, Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing teams on tasks and processes.
  • Identify partnership opportunities, convert them into leads, and launch projects.
  • Provide regular reporting on key metrics and achievements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B experience, ideally in iGaming; e-commerce or finance experience is also considered.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of delivering company and brand partner objectives and key results.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills with a sociable, confident, and outgoing demeanor.
  • Ability to influence internal and external decision-makers with diplomacy and sound judgment.
  • Energetic and resilient approach to move projects from lead to live.
  • Proactive ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an international team while prioritizing and managing workload effectively.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and attend events across the globe.
