Description

  • Translate site-defined requirements and vendor selections into executable contracts with clear scope, commercial terms, and performance structures.
  • Lead contract negotiations to align pricing, service expectations, and risk allocation with operational needs.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals from a commercial perspective and identify scope gaps, pricing inconsistencies, and risk exposure.
  • Structure agreements with defined service levels, performance expectations, cost drivers, and financial terms.
  • Develop and refine performance-based frameworks, including service levels, KPIs, and accountability mechanisms.
  • Partner with site leadership to ensure operational requirements are clearly defined and contractually aligned.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial and contractual issues.
  • Prepare agreements for internal approval workflows and support timely execution.
  • Provide real-time commercial guidance to site teams during vendor engagement and proposal review.
  • Coach site leads on service scoping, vendor comparison, and commercial best practices.
  • Promote the use of templates, playbooks, and standardized contracting approaches across sites.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cost structure, service efficiency, and contract clarity.
  • Support end-to-end contract execution activities and maintain alignment with internal systems and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, facilities management, or service-based contracting.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery models, cost structures, and performance-based contracting principles.
  • Proven experience negotiating complex, recurring service agreements in a multi-site or portfolio environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, and Operations teams.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and guide stakeholders without direct authority.
