Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for India-based hiring, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and offer management.
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers in India and globally to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning needs.
  • Use Greenhouse and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed to manage recruitment activities and identify qualified talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and candidate relationship management.
  • Ensure timely communication and consistent updates to deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Recruit for technical and business-critical roles across India in collaboration with business functions.
  • Support onboarding workstreams, process alignment, and development of tools and resources that support the broader organization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and streamline recruitment processes across India and global talent acquisition practices.
  • Advise hiring teams on the India talent market, candidate availability, compensation trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies, established processes, and applicable employment practices and requirements in India.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting within the India talent market.
  • Proven experience supporting technical and business functions in a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, engineering, or consulting industries preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Greenhouse.
  • Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders across different functions, geographies, and time zones.
  • Ability to leverage recruitment data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
