Description

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy targeting neurosurgery departments, academic medical centers, and integrated health systems.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, capital justification, contract negotiation, and installation.
  • Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to coordinate on-site evaluations, surgeon training, and post-install follow-up.
  • Build and maintain relationships with neurosurgeons, hospital executives, operating room staff, key opinion leaders, and other clinical stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and customer records in the CRM.
  • Represent the company at regional and national neurosurgical conferences, trade shows, and symposia.
  • Provide competitive intelligence and voice-of-customer feedback to support marketing and product strategy.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of medical capital equipment or surgical robotics sales experience.
  • Proven success selling into neurosurgery, spine, ENT, or other image-guided surgical specialties strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing complex capital sales cycles of $500K+ within hospitals and IDNs.
  • Demonstrated success building territories during early commercialization stages or product launches.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence clinical and executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more as the business grows.
  • Current Texas residency preferred for coverage of TX, OK, NM, NE, AR, and LA markets.
