Description

  • Conduct on-site training sessions on software, hardware, and related products for customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide remote clinical applications training to customers as needed.
  • Document training activities and manage post-training correspondence in line with established procedures.
  • Support the management of customer clinical expectations during implementation and training.
  • Share competitive product performance information with headquarters, marketing, or engineering teams when available.
  • Coordinate or lead customer and employee training courses.
  • Deliver large-group presentations at seminars, training programs, and trade shows.
  • Provide demo support for local, regional, and national customer trade events.
  • Develop supplemental training materials such as quick tips, workbooks, video media, and implementation guides.
  • Create and maintain formal customer training support documents.
  • Design and oversee initial and ongoing training for Clinical Applications Specialists, including training for new product releases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software or hardware training/support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite, Webex, and Salesforce is desired.
  • Understanding of curriculum development and educational methodology is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Excellent presentation skills are required.
  • Change management skills are desirable.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time, including weekends and international travel.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport are required.
