Description

  • Own technical qualification and solution design for assigned opportunities.
  • Lead high-level design creation and ensure it is completed within defined timelines.
  • Identify and resolve technical blockers early to keep deals moving forward.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers and partners.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into business value and customer outcomes.
  • Design scalable solutions using template-based architectures.
  • Capture and document customer requirements and use cases.
  • Support proposal development with clear and commercially viable designs.
  • Support account executives in customer meetings, workshops, and deal strategy.
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs with structured, high-quality technical input.
  • Train and enable channel partner Sales Engineers.
  • Contribute to improving demo environments and sales assets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pre-Sales or Sales Engineer in enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Strong expertise in contact center technologies (CCaaS, telephony, IVR, CRM integrations) or payments and PCI-compliant systems.
  • Experience delivering executive-level presentations, product demonstrations, and RFx/tender responses.
  • Experience designing scalable, standardized solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of API-based architectures.
  • Experience working in cloud environments, with AWS preferred.
  • Experience integrating systems across CCaaS, CRM, and payment ecosystems.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into commercially viable solutions.
  • Structured, disciplined, and highly accountable approach to deal execution.
  • Ability to operate under pressure across multiple concurrent deals.
  • Collaborative mindset across Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
  • Experience with PCI DSS compliance frameworks is desirable.
  • Exposure to omnichannel payment solutions across voice, IVR, digital, and chat is desirable.
  • Experience working with channel partners and OEM models is desirable.
