Description

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through direct and indirect sales channels in the U.S. market.
  • Manage and close complex enterprise sales deals by understanding customer needs and Sycurio’s solutions.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to sell new Sycurio products and services to existing customers and new logo accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for direct customer engagement and through channel partners.
  • Prospect for net new customers and expand penetration within existing customer accounts.
  • Use the MEDDIC methodology to qualify leads, manage opportunities, and close deals.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline at 4x quarterly targets in HubSpot CRM and provide accurate revenue forecasts and updates.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, BDR, partners, and customer success teams to support the customer experience and sales process.
  • Track and analyze sales performance against key metrics and implement improvements to optimize results.

Requirements

  • Degree-level education or relevant industry experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS environments.
  • Proven success achieving $1M+ targets in consultative enterprise solution or technical sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and drive revenue through enterprise partnerships.
  • Experience prospecting, advancing opportunities through the sales cycle, and developing new business.
  • Track record of partner development and sales growth through business development activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts and partners with limited day-to-day management.
  • Ability to craft go-to-market plans, make compelling business cases, and sell into the U.S. call center market.
  • Knowledge of the payments industry and PCI Data Security Standards.
  • HubSpot CRM experience is a plus.
