Description

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through direct and indirect sales channels in the US market.
  • Manage and close complex enterprise sales deals from qualification through deal closure.
  • Identify opportunities to sell new Sycurio products and services into existing accounts and new logos.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for direct customer engagement and channel partner sales.
  • Prospect for net-new customers and expand penetration within existing customer accounts.
  • Use the MEDDIC methodology to qualify leads, manage opportunities, and support successful closing.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline at 4x quarterly targets in HubSpot CRM and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, BDRs, partners, and customer success teams to support sales execution.
  • Track sales performance against key metrics and implement improvements to optimize results.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree-level education or relevant industry experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS environments.
  • Proven success achieving $1M+ targets in consultative enterprise solution or technical sales.
  • Experience prospecting, building pipeline, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Proven success building pipeline and driving revenue through enterprise partnerships.
  • Successful track record of partner development and sales growth through business development activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts and partners with minimal management oversight.
  • Experience selling into the US call center market is required.
  • Knowledge of the payments industry and PCI Data Security Standards is preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
  • Ability to craft go-to-market plans based on partner needs and make compelling business cases.
