Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for partners after the initial sales phase.
  • Define and execute operational strategy for partners across the partner lifecycle.
  • Provide day-to-day support focused on enrollment, engagement, renewals, and successful integrations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Implementation, Customer Success, and Partner Operations based on partner needs and lifecycle stage.
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and technology teams to represent partner needs and support clinical solution partner selection and integration.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Partner Success and help evaluate, select, and collaborate on ecosystem partnerships.
  • Build business cases for new partnerships in collaboration with senior leadership, Platform, and Ecosystem teams.
  • Create processes, documentation, and training materials to help Customer Success teams support clients through the partner channel.
  • Support Channel Sales with sales enablement materials and partner capability education.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, deliver partner reporting, track performance metrics, and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in healthcare partnerships, healthcare consulting, or SaaS customer success.
  • Previous experience in customer success management, implementation, or consulting.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations, workstreams, and customer initiatives.
  • Ability to think strategically and systemically while executing methodically.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create comprehensive documentation that internal stakeholders can follow.
  • Flexibility to adapt to change while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented with strong strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders.
  • Interest in the healthcare industry and its transformation challenges and complexities.
  • Ability and willingness to contribute to high-visibility, strategic projects.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States; no immigration or work visa sponsorship is provided.
