Description

  • Develop and execute a customer insights strategy using AI-driven tools to improve the speed, scale, and quality of insights.
  • Translate product, clinical, and health economic data into tailored ROI narratives and client deliverables.
  • Support Customer Success and Sales in commercial conversations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
  • Conduct complex analyses to identify actionable insights on member behavior and solution performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen the value story and deepen client understanding of Sword Health’s impact.
  • Own and continuously improve a portion of Sword Health’s global insights reporting package.
  • Deliver recurring reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities, inform priorities, and advance the strategic impact of the customer insights function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in customer insights, commercial analytics, or a related client-facing/business strategy role.
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance analytical workflows and insight generation.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex, data-driven findings into ROI narratives and strategic recommendations.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end analyses using SQL and Python, from data integration through stakeholder communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities.
  • Ability to work remotely in the United States and legal right to work in the United States.
  • Work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
  • Experience working with executive and client audiences is required.
  • Familiarity with health economics, claims data, or utilization data is implied by the role context.
