Description

  • Use data to shape Pinterest’s product adoption strategy and translate findings into recommendations and action.
  • Develop product and marketing measurement plans, learning agendas, and goals to maximize learning and actionable insights.
  • Lead end-to-end experimentation, including test design, setup, and reporting on campaign and product performance.
  • Build and maintain central reporting dashboards for lifecycle, go-to-market, and in-product marketing impact.
  • Socialize timely insights and findings with cross-functional partners to inform key decisions and planning.
  • Establish best practices and a center of excellence for product marketing measurement approaches.
  • Analyze audiences, identify and size opportunities, and support in-product experiments.
  • Update creative best practices based on measurement insights and learnings.
  • Support process building and scaling for a small, cross-functional team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience analyzing data in a fast-paced, data-driven environment such as consumer tech.
  • Expert-level SQL or Python/R skills.
  • Experience using analytical tools and dashboards such as Tableau or Apache Superset.
  • Experience designing and setting up global product and marketing measurement frameworks.
  • Experience executing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and comprehensive analysis.
  • Experience with data-driven user segmentation, funnel analysis, and product growth experiments.
  • Strong communication skills for working with engineers, PMMs, and senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence decision-making through data.
  • Comfort working independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without dedicated engineering support.
  • Graduate degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $145,747 to $300,067 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Remote-friendly work arrangement with in-office collaboration only 1-2 times every 6 months.
