Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts and manage ongoing client communication.
  • Lead recurring client meetings and strategy check-ins with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Build, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns from setup through launch and performance review.
  • Write and edit email copy, subject lines, and campaign messaging.
  • Manage audience segmentation, scheduling, and campaign launches.
  • Update and maintain website content in WordPress and other CMS platforms.
  • Conduct SEO audits and keyword research, and monitor rankings and website performance.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and prepare client-friendly reports and actionable insights.
  • Coordinate tasks, feedback, priorities, deliverables, and deadlines across leadership, clients, and internal teams.
  • Use AI and productivity tools to improve research, reporting, campaign content, and communication workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing account management, client-facing marketing roles, or agency account management.
  • Strong experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and project management ability.
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with executive-level or high-profile clients is preferred.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and other messaging or collaboration tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, Canva, or Adobe Express is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or paid media coordination is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours.
