Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient infrastructure for high-demand applications and services.
  • Automate deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and routine maintenance to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, proactively resolving availability and reliability issues.
  • Collaborate with development, data, security, and AI teams to integrate infrastructure, code changes, and production AI models.
  • Implement access controls, network security, and compliance-related infrastructure policies.
  • Lead infrastructure incident response and troubleshooting to maintain service continuity.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote DevOps best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and introduce improvements to DevOps processes and toolchains.

Requirements

  • Experience administering Linux environments.
  • Experience with DevOps and GitOps methodologies.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized applications.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Google Cloud Monitoring/StackDriver, Grafana, Prometheus/AlertManager, or New Relic.
  • Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD practices.
  • Ability to use AI for debugging and developing infrastructure tooling, including building AI agents for automation, monitoring, and provisioning.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with a proactive, solution-oriented, collaborative approach.
  • Experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana, Vault, Redis, MySQL, DNS, Istio, PHP, JavaScript, or Go (preferred).
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP provisioning and cloud networking, including VPCs, routing, NAT, and TCPdump troubleshooting (preferred).

Benefits

  • Total compensation range of $140,000–$220,000 USD, including base pay, variable compensation, and potential equity.
