Description

  • Plan and run company events, offsites, celebrations, and remote bonding activities.
  • Develop employee gift ideas and manage the logistics behind them.
  • Support People-related communication and encourage participation in team activities.
  • Help make onboarding smooth and engaging for new joiners.
  • Support employer branding by promoting job openings and sharing content on social media.
  • Coordinate with the office team to keep HR tools, accounts, and benefits running.
  • Contribute to culture, events, onboarding, communication, and other People initiatives.
  • Own some initiatives independently while supporting others with the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the People field, excluding recruitment and administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine love of organizing.
  • A proactive, helpful, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Curiosity about other people’s perspectives and openness to feedback.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to push for unusual ideas when appropriate.
  • Ability to work from the Warsaw office 1-2 times per week.
  • Availability for occasional evening meetings with US colleagues.
  • Native-level Polish and proficient English.
  • Experience in People-related work; recruitment and admin experience do not count toward the 3+ years.
  • Experience in employer branding, events, onboarding, or internal communication is a plus.
