Description

  • Manage territory mapping for target accounts and coordinate internal systems and service resources to support client goals.
  • Handle inbound lead management by quickly qualifying prospects into or out of customer fit.
  • Build outbound pipeline programs to expand opportunity flow in the assigned market.
  • Use sales best practices and systems to deliver an efficient, high-quality prospect experience.
  • Understand prospect needs and align Swapcard’s solution to business requirements with a value-based approach.
  • Develop working knowledge of the product and the event tech stack ecosystem.
  • Maintain reliable forecasting, deal transparency, and reference case development.
  • Contribute roadmap input and support performance measures tied to financial and operational results.
  • Collaborate on the execution of a high-velocity sales process from discovery through negotiation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in the event industry.
  • Experience with discovery and negotiation in a sales context.
  • Proven success meeting sales targets in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Strong comfort speaking with prospects over phone and video conference.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Additional languages, especially Spanish, are preferred.
  • Eagerness to adapt to new tools and workflows and suggest improvements.
  • Startup mindset with the ability to learn quickly and initiate action.
  • Open-mindedness and comfort with process change.
  • Strong appetite for growth and learning new skills.
