Description

  • Own the end-to-end implementation timeline for partner programs from requirements gathering through launch.
  • Coordinate delivery with Engineering, Product, Design, and the Sprint Planner to keep projects on track.
  • Gather partner requirements and translate them into clear deliverables for the engineering team.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day partner contact during implementation and ongoing partnership execution.
  • Track project health, identify delays, blockers, and scope risks early, and drive resolution.
  • Prepare clear project materials such as meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and business reviews.
  • Maintain a tight feedback loop with the assigned Customer Success Manager.
  • Keep accurate project and partner records in Sure's CRM (Attio).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or program delivery.
  • Experience in fintech, insurtech, or a SaaS platform environment is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort owning partner-facing calls and executive-level written recaps.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to influence Engineering, Product, and Sales without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Linear, or Attio is a plus.
  • Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, MI, NE, NJ, NM, NY, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, or WA.
