Description

  • Manage client product builds end-to-end, including kickoff calls, requirements gathering, MVP definition, and delivery oversight.
  • Transform client ideas into product specifications, wireframes, and UX flows.
  • Assess technical feasibility and make trade-off decisions between complexity, speed, and quality.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, engineers, and AI systems to keep projects on track.
  • Identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully reshape a client’s approach to a problem.
  • Collect, prioritize, and incorporate client feedback into product iterations.
  • Ensure clients feel supported and engaged throughout the build process.
  • Contribute to improving tools, systems, and workflows as the company scales.

Requirements

  • Client-ready spoken English at C1 level or above, assessed through live conversation.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Solutions Architect in a tech company, agency, or startup.
  • Consultancy or agency background strongly preferred.
  • Startup or early-stage company experience (Series A–D) preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of software development, including APIs, databases, and front-end/back-end logic.
  • Solid grasp of UX design principles and the ability to create wireframes or user flows.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify strategic opportunities for AI beyond day-to-day tool usage.
  • Track record of full ownership over something you built, launched, or ran.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and build trust.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Prior experience with U.S. clients or teams strongly preferred.
